Home Instead is the industry’s trusted worldwide provider of in-home assistance for seniors.  Our downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire office is looking to add a Full-Time Client Care Manager to our internal administrative team.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Have 5+ years’ experience working in Healthcare Administration.
  • Thrive in intellectually stimulating environments.
  • Have an aptitude for improving processes and finding efficiencies in everyday tasks.

  • Demonstrate a history of regularly utilizing creative problem-solving skills.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Managing and resolving any client care issues, ensuring ongoing client and CAREGiver satisfaction and safety, increasing retention.
  • Communicating with understanding, building rapport with clients and CAREGivers, while successfully resolving problems to completion.
  • Identifying, managing, and tracking opportunities to cultivate existing client schedules/services based on need.
  • Managing and tracking client hospitalizations, communicating with hospital and rehabilitation staff, client family members, and internal team members to ensure smooth and timely transition home.
  • Monitoring CAREGiver performance, providing reeducation as needed, as well as scheduling and completing CAREGiver Performance Reviews.
  • Overseeing the scheduling and completion of Quality Assurance visits and client evaluations, ensuring ongoing compliance with state regulations and company standards.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Full time availability: Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm, with the ability to extend hours later, if required, to ensure all tasks are completed.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
  • All employees must participate in criminal and motor vehicle background checks, as well as urine drug screens.
